The labels “Reciprocal” and “nonreciprocal” indicate whether the observed relationship between miRNA expression and target gene mRNA was either reciprocal or nonreciprocal. Asterisked miRNAs appear more than once. Bold faced miRNAs were previously reported to be related to brain development/diseases [3739].
