Pipeline of the proposed ncRNA sequence classification tool. Starting from a dataset of known ncRNA sequences, we exploit IPknot, MoSS and CNN algorithms in order to (1) predict ncRNA secondary structure, (2) select discriminative features and (3) accurately classify ncRNA classes.
